SEMINOLE, Oklahoma -- Prosecutors have charged a man with first-degree murder following a fight near Cromwell.
Charles Kiplinger, 41, was arraigned Thursday in Seminole County. Prosecutors say Kiplinger fought with 58-year-old Bill Croft Tuesday, and Croft later died from his injuries.
For 24 hours, law enforcement launched a state-wide manhunt for Kiplinger. He surrendered Wednesday at the Cleveland County jail and was then transferred back to Seminole County.
