OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma's darkest day is getting the Hollywood treatment.
Oscar-winning director Barry Levinson has been tapped to direct a political thriller based on the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. Levinson directing credits include "The Natural," "Wag the Dog," "Good Morning, Vietnam," and "Rain Man."
Sources told CNN that the film's tentative title is "OKC."
The script was written by the brother of a legal clerk on Timothy McVeigh's defense team.
