Julie Mitchell's Husband Asks For Property Taken During Investigation Returned

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The husband of a murdered woman is asking a judge to order Oklahoma City police to return property taken during their investigation.

Julie Mitchell was found beaten to death in November 2010 in her house in northwest Oklahoma City. Her one-year-old daughter was found unharmed next to the body.

Teddy Mitchell's attorney said he needs a computer back for business reasons, and the contents of a safety deposit box to prepare an inventory of Julie Mitchell's estate.

No one has been arrested in the murder. Friends and family have offered a $50,000 reward in hopes of catching her killer.
