ENID, Oklahoma -- The Enid Police Department has identified a man suspected of stealing a sweatshirt from a convenience store, then wearing the stolen merchandise when he returned to shop.
Police said 31-year-old Joshua Kendrick is the man seen on surveillance video walking through Oncue Express. Investigators said he swiped the shirt November 10, and wore the shirt when he went back to the store the next day.
The Garfield County District Attorney's Office has issued an arrest warrant for petty larceny for Kendrick. He's also wanted on an unrelated Garfield County warrant for domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor child. Police said Kendrick has long criminal record with convictions for false personation and drug-related charges.
