OKLAHOMA CITY -- State Treasurer Scott Meacham said he's confident agencies will not have to cut more from their budgets this year.
Most departments have cut 10 percent from their budgets since last year.
The state supreme court struck down an insurance fee earlier this week that officials said would have added $50 million for indigent health care.
And the plan to raise another $50 million by electronically taking pictures of license plates and ticketing uninsured drivers appears to be falling apart. Meacham said the plan derailed when they learned there is no central database containing all insurance records.
