OKLAHOMA CITY— The Oklahoma Inter-Tribal Diabetes Coalition (OIDC) will host an Inaugural OIDC Golf Tournament Monday, June 7 at the Firelake Golf Course in Shawnee.
Approximately 25 4-man teams from across the state will be competing for everything from first, second and third place prize money to a Grand Prize of $15,000 for a hole-in-one.
The money raised will be used to further the mission of improved diabetes care, including training across the state, open to any healthcare organization. A portion of this money will also be used to complete the 501(c)3 application. All money generated will go to direct patient care, education and advocacy.
The Oklahoma Inter-Tribal Diabetes Coalition (OIDC) is a non-profit organization committed to improving diabetes care in the state of Oklahoma.
