OKLAHOMA CITY -- A complex weather pattern continues to develop in northern and eastern Oklahoma.
Winter storm warning have been issued for parts of the Panhandle with temperatures already below freezing.
Rain and thunderstorms will continue to develop over northern and eastern Oklahoma.
The risk of significant severe weather has shifted to the eastern third of the state.
This type of weather pattern usually favors small tornadoes and hail, but can produce larger twisters as seen with Monday's tornado in Hammon.
Overnight, most all precipitation will shift eastward out of Oklahoma.
For the next several days, the state will have mornings just a little on the cold side along with cool afternoons. At times the wind will be quite strong leading to a wind chill in some areas of the state.
