OKLAHOMA CITY -- State Representative Corey Holland has filed a bill to establish an adoption process for "left over" embryos.
The embryos are from women who have successfully undergone fertility treatments. Holland wants the Oklahoma Department of Human Services to be responsible for the adoption of human embryos.
Rep. Holland will not hold a hearing on the bill this year.
