MCALESTER, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma law enforcement officials are searching for a convicted felon who escaped from the Jackie Brannon Correctional Center in McAlester on Saturday.
Dustin Scott Stokesberry, 29, was serving a 10-year sentence for first-degree burglary out of Cleveland County. He is described as white, 6'0", 200 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray prison uniform.
Stokesberry has ties in the Cleveland County area, according to prison spokesperson Rick Moham. He has numerous arrests on record for drug, alcohol and burglary complaints.
"We don't know where he's headed," Moham said. "We haven't gotten any positive leads yet."
Stokesberry also had charges from McClain County, Moham said.
