Low pressure is spreading showers through northern sections of New England while another area of low pressure is producing showers and thunderstorms from the Ohio River Valley south to the Gulf Coast and east to the East Coast. Some of these storms are strong to severe with large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes. A weak storm system is producing widely scattered showers and thunderstorms through the Upper Midwest. Some of these storms may be strong with small hail possible. The southwestern U.S. is seeing plenty of sunshine along with seasonably hot temperatures. The next storm system is spreading rain along the northern Pacific coast while a few rain showers and wet snow showers through the interior regions.
