Victims Identified in Fatal Wreck

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Two people died this morning when their vehicle rolled over near County Line and Hefner roads, police said.

The victims have been identified as Kevin L. Green, 26, and Eric T. Green, 28.

Lt. Roger Bratcher says a Corvette was speeding when the driver apparently lost control, crashed through a wood fence and flipped end-over-end into a field.

As a result of the rollover, Hefner Road was closed between County Line Road and the Kilpatrick Turnpike. At about 11:20 a.m. the road was reopened.

Police estimate the vehicle may have reached speeds of up to 100 mph.
