TUTTLE, Oklahoma - A missing Tuttle man has been found in New York.
Thomas Gibson, 23, went missing Dec. 20.
He was arrested eight days later by the New York City Police Department, said Captain Billy R. Boyd, Tuttle deputy police chief. Gibson remains in custody in New York on unknown charges.
