Oklahoma College Savings Plan offers help

By checking out a college savings plan two lucky Oklahomans are headed to the Big 12 tournament in Kansas City.

Robert Brady and Donna McKay won the VIP Fan Experience Sweepstakes held by the Oklahoma College Savings Plan.

"It's the only college savings plan out there that gives you an Oklahoma income tax deduction on whatever money you put into it up to $20,000 per year, per family," State Treasurer, Scott Meacham said.

Both winners get two passes to the tournament, a hotel stay and OU or OSU merchandise.
