Bill to ban smoking won't pass, says senator

A proposed smoking ban that would prohibit smoking in all bars and restaurants appears to be smoked out.

Senator David Myers says he doesn't have the votes needed to pass the legislation.

The bill would cut out any designated smoke rooms by the year 2013. Other establishments would have until November to go smoke-free.
