Two men found dead inside a charred southside Oklahoma City home early Tuesday also had trauma to their bodies, fire officials said. Fire officials said they suspect foul play.
The bodies were found near the rear of the residence at 627 SE 14 St. The only exits were at the front of the house, firefighters said.
It took crews about 20 minutes to extinguish the blaze.
"The middle part of the structure had collapsed," said District Fire Chief Dewey Schmidt. "Therefore, it takes a little more time to do a primary and secondary search. When our crews went in, as they were coming back out from primary search was when they located the first victim. And on the secondary search, the second victim was located."
The victims' identities weren't immediately available. They recently had moved in and were renting the home, officials said.
