Brett Bower is more than just a Survivor fan, he's a true student of the game. He's mailed off his audition tape more than twelve times.
"I've walked through fire, I've jumped into nasty muddy water, I've done karate type stuff, and sometimes I've just sat down with the camera and just talked, " said Bower.
Some people follow their favorite athletes, but Brett follows his favorite Survivors. He calls Richard Hatch from season one the ultimate Survivor.
"He figured out the game before anyone knew what the game was. The game was literally being invented and created," said Brett.
If you ask Bower, he claims he would be "the sneakiest player Survivor's ever seen...I've thought of strategies that no one's ever done yet."
For most contestants on the show, the one million dollar prize is the main appeal, but Brett said it's the human chess element that draws him. He said if he doesn't get through this time, well, he'll just keep trying...and trying...and trying.
