A low to our south over Texas is keeping rain and storm chances in our forecast Wednesday evening.
There is a very low threat any of these storms becoming severe. Weak, brief funnels or tornadoes are possible. The biggest threat Wednesday evening and night will be flooding with areas of rain continuing to pour over some of the same locations for an extended period of time.
Thursday will be more of the same with scattered showers and storms likely across the state and a very low severe threat. Highs Thursday top out in the mid-70s. Rain chances decrease this weekend.
