One of two suspects wanted in a fatal shooting in Tecumseh is in custody.
Authorities say Justin Moore surrendered himself to authorities Monday night in the town of Asher. Moore is being held in the Pottawatomie County jail with no bond on a conspiring to commit murder complaint.
His alleged accomplice, Shane Pitts, is still at large.

The shooting happened at a home located at 22565 Gaddy Road in Tecumseh on Saturday as four people were pulling out of the driveway. Investigators say that's when Pitts and Moore drove by, shooting at least 12 rounds at the car.
Andrea Hollis, 27, was killed in the shooting. Two others, David Woods and Leslie Kent were injured. Kent was treated and released over the weekend. Woods remains hospitalized. Keevin Dixson, Hollis' boyfriend, was also in the car. He was not seriously injured.
