Oklahoma City Police have identified four people accused of speeding away from police and nearly running down a child riding a bicycle.
Police say 18-year-old Gregory Lloyd Hise was behind the wheel of a stolen SUV Wednesday when police tried to pull him over. They say Hise refused to stop and led them on a short chase in southwest Oklahoma City.
