OKLAHOMA CITY -- Three former law officers in Oklahoma will not be allowed to carry a badge and gun for at least the next five years. CLEET suspended their certification.
Former Chandler Police Chief Kevin Towler pleaded guilty in August to domestic abuse after being accused of assaulting his wife.
Former Stephens County deputy Jeffery Davis is charged with child abuse and making a threatening phone call.
And former Carney Police Chief Gregory Wilson voluntarily surrendered his certification after being accused of falsifying the documents of two police officers trying to get CLEET certified.
All three will be able to apply for reinstatement after five years.
