1 Suspect Found, Another Still On The Loose In Deadly Shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police said a suspect in a deadly shooting back in September was already behind bars.

Michael Jimenez, 28, faces a charge of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Jose Cruz on September 23.

Police said Jimenez was already in jail on unrelated charges.

Investigators said they believe someone else was also involved in the shooting, but they have yet to identify or locate that person.
