A Broken Arrow man is behind bars Tuesday evening, accused of sexually assaulting his girlfriend's sister.

The victim told police all three of them took Xanax together, and she later woke up to Jordan Jake Cruz Toler on top of her.

Police said Toler admitted to the assault. He's in the Tulsa County Jail on a complaint of first-degree rape.
