Tulsa Police are looking for a man accused of using someone else's credit card. The suspect told the victim he was renting a car to propose to his girlfriend.

Tulsa Police need help identifying a man accused of credit card fraud.
Officers posted these pictures on Facebook saying he is accused of using someone else's credit card through the Turo App.
It's a peer-to-peer car-sharing service.
He told the owner of the car that he was renting it to propose to his girlfriend, according to TPD.
