Tulsa's Gathering Place is celebrating receiving another award.

The Gathering Place was named as a winner of Urban Land Institute's 2019 ULI Global Awards for Excellence.

It's considered one of the highest awards for urban landscapes.

Tulsa's Gathering Place said the judges came to visit a few months ago and were "completely blown away" by the park and what it means to Tulsans.

The Gathering Place will celebrate its first anniversary on Sunday.
