Bodycam Video Shows Arrest Of Man Accused Of Pointing Gun At Tulsa Drivers

Donald Berry was arrested in July after police said he pointed a gun at drivers near 41st and Peoria in Tulsa.

We have a new video of Tulsa Police shooting a man they said refused to drop his gun. Police said Donald Berry was pointing a gun at drivers near 41st and Peoria back in July.

Investigators said an officer offered Berry to drop the gun but said Berry loaded it. That's when the officer fired his service weapon.

Berry survived and is charged with illegally pointing a firearm.
