The 40th annual Bluegrass and Chili Festival is happening this weekend in Wagoner and you're invited.

One of the bands set to perform this weekend is Heartland Xpress who joined News On 6 on Tuesday to talk about the event. The Bluegrass and Chilli Festival will feature two days of music, food, shopping, a car show, an antique tractor show, and more. The festival will even feature Bluegrass Legend Ricky Skaggs.
