Tulsa Police have identified the woman whose body was left outside of the OSU Medical and have issued a warrant for a suspect in her murder.

Police say 49-year-old Mary Sue Loving was left outside the medical center Monday morning. An arrest warrant has been issued for Illie Len Roach, for her murder.
