Nowata Suffers Deep Flash Flooding

While much of the water has receded, many roads were shut down on Tuesday due to excessive flooding. The Nowata County Emergency Manager says at least 7 water rescues were performed within the county Tuesday night.

Nowata has seen some of the worst floodings in the area.

News On 6 Storm Tracker Darren Stephens caught this video from outside the Homeland grocery store where a car got stuck in a ditch while leaving the parking lot.
