An officer-involved shooting in Hugo sent a suspect and two children to the hospital. Police said they were trying to talk with William Smith, a suspect in an armed robbery, and at some point - shots were fired.

Smith was treated and released at a hospital before his arrest.

We're still working to learn how the children are doing.

The OSBI is investigating.
