Two convicted felons who police say have ties to the Irish Mob are back behind bars in Tulsa County tonight.
A Green Country bail enforcer says she found Randy Lynch covered in paint, working at Tulsa's Colonial Park Apartments. A woman working at the complex says, Lynch had been working for them about a month as an independent contractor.
"He was on a golf cart. I was able to identify him by his tattoos," said bail enforcer.
Lynch's March 1st arrest was a long time coming for a bail enforcer who says she spent weeks searching for the convicted felon. She asked us not to show her face because of the nature of her job. Records show Lynch had warrants for a stolen vehicle, trafficking drugs and having a gun as an ex-con.
"I asked him- why didn't you come in and fix it? He said he was scared, he knows he is going to go to prison," said bail enforcer.
Police say Lynch is an Irish Mob street gang member. He’s been to prison for drugs and pointing a weapon. The bail enforcer who arrested him says, she was also searching for his friend Gregory Graham who police say is an Irish Mob gang associate.
"He made the choice not to come in because of his gang affiliation and that is what he said," said bail enforcer.
She didn't catch him but several weeks later, Tulsa Police did.
"We have got avenues that we can help them and talk them through it but a lot of them that know they are going to prison they just choose to run," said bail enforcer.
