ONE Gas says it wants to help pay back the service of veterans by giving them a shot at a new career when they leave the Army.

It's part of the Army's "Pays Program" which works with corporations to provide job opportunities for soldiers getting out of the military.

As part of the program, ONE Gas will work with soldiers preparing to leave the army - and guarantee those soldiers get an interview with the company.
