February 11 is National 211 Day.

In Eastern Oklahoma, the organization is managed by the Community Service Council. It gives easy access to information about services in the community for people in need and also for those who provide help.

The organization's services are available around the clock no matter where you live.

This is the 15th year its helped families with housing expenses, legal aide, health care, mental health or other community services.

It also focuses on education, incarceration reduction and veterans.

Anyone can use the service and there are several ways to do so by texting, calling or going online.

The Community Service Council says it's now helping more than 180,000 every year.
