Tulsa Caretaker Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Anorexic Woman

A Tulsa man is in jail accused of sexually assaulting an anorexic woman he was caring for.

The woman told police that 59-year-old Victor Champion touched her inappropriately while bathing her and giving her a massage, according to an arrest report.

Police say the 36-year-old woman only weighs 49 pounds and is confined to her apartment. They said she is unable to secure home health, so Champion has been caring for her including giving her baths.

Records show the woman also told police that Champion had taken her access card and spent about $175 without her permission.

Champion is in the Tulsa County Jail on complaints of rape by instrumentation and abuse, neglect or financial exploitation by caretaker.
