State Auditor Reports Rampant Fraud In Boynton

The Oklahoma State Auditor says fraud and mismanagement of finances in Boynton has run rampant since 2009.

The report says two former city employees received tens of thousands of dollars more than their paychecks should have been.
It also says the mayor received more than $1,000 in questionable compensation.

The report also says some payroll records, receipts and other records are missing.
