No injuries have been reported but two firefighters were treated for heat exhaustion. EMSA crews are on the scene if needed.
Hazmat is also on scene.
Andy Little with the Tulsa Fire Department said a passerby reported the fire. He said when crews got on scene they entered the building to see if anyone was inside, but due to the intensity of the fire they had to exit. Firefighters were able to get back into the building after the flames were contained.
Firefighters said the cause is unknown but said there was a significant fire in the attic.
They said they don't know if the building is a total loss but said there is significant damage to the building and the roof.
