During a news conference Tuesday, Police Chief Chuck Jordan called this the biggest seizure of marijuana in Tulsa's history.

Jordan says investigators traced the operation back to California.

U.S. Attorney Trent Shores says prosecutors and law enforcement are cracking down on drugs coming across state lines from places where those drugs might be legal.

"Don't bring your marijuana to Oklahoma. We are not open for business. State, local, tribal, federal law enforcement will work together. We are working together. We will find you and we will prosecute you," said U.S. Attorney Trent Shores.

If convicted, Vang faces up to 40 years in prison.
