911 Call Reveals Details In Muskogee County Jail Inmate Death

The 911 call from the night an inmate died in the Muskogee County Jail has been released.

The recording says guards found 23-year-old Brandy Edwardsen unconscious and struggling to breathe in her cell Friday night.

"She looks like she's having trouble breathing, her lips are kind of blue, she has a pulse, she is breathing. I don't know what the problem is with her," said a jail employee. 

Edwardsen later died at a hospital.

The cause of death is still under investigation.
