Man Dies In Pittsburg County Semi Accident, OHP Says

One man is dead after a wreck involving a semi-truck early Wednesday morning.  

OHP says a car, driven by 46-year-old Carlos Martinez of Texas, was disabled in the eastbound lanes of State Highway 31 near Krebs when a semi rear-ended him around 5:30 a.m. 

Reports say Martinez was taken to McAlester Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

The driver of the semi, 34-year-old Ervey Molina of Texas, was taken to the hospital with a head injury, treated, and released. 

OHP says the wreck was caused by driving too fast in icy conditions.
