Talala Man Arrested After Woman Says He Raped, Robbed Her

Claremore police arrested a man after they say he broke into a woman's home and raped her.

The victim says she was home when she found Julian Watson in her living room.

She told police he tied her up, raped her, and threatened her before taking some of her things and running off.
