Tulsa Man Arrested For Pistol-Whipping Woman

A man is in jail after deputies say he hit a woman in the head with a gun.

According to the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, the victim says Steven Webber hit her with the handle of a gun.

The deputy on scene says the woman had a large bump on the back of her head with some hair missing.

Webber is being held on a $30,000 bond.
