Tulsa Police Release Photo of Weekly Most Wanted

Tulsa police are looking for 21-year-old David Mitchell for an unauthorized use of motor vehicle, hit and run, and failure to appear. 

Mitchell is 5'5" and weighs 140 pounds.

He will be held without bond. 

The Crime Prevention Network pays cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of persons committing crimes. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
