A preliminary hearing for a 22-year-old Tulsa woman charged with three counts of first-degree murder has been rescheduled for September.
Elizabeth Rodriguez was charged following a March 27, 2017 home invasion in Broken Arrow. During that burglary near 91st and Clearview Drive, sheriff's deputies say three teens, Maxwell Cook, Jaykob Woodruff and Jacob Redfearn were shot and killed by the homeowner's son.
Deputies say Rodriguez was the getaway driver.

The hearing originally set for July 25th is now set for September 26th, 2017.
Elizabeth Rodriguez pleaded not guilty to the three murder counts on April 4th.
