Fire Investigated At Wilburton Business

Investigators are working to find the cause of a fire that broke out Monday morning at Franklin Electric in Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Wilburton is in Latimer County.

A viewer submitted photos that show fire and thick black smoke pouring into the sky.

An employee said the fire started around 9:15 a.m. in the middle of the plant.

Franklin Electric manufactures submersible pump parts at the plant.

No one reported any injuries.
