A man is in the Tulsa County Jail after Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say he was drinking and driving. News On 6 was on the scene as troopers gave 25-year-old Taylor Kaiser a field sobriety test.

Troopers poured out alcohol they found at the scene.

OHP says Kaiser crashed into a power pole near South 129th East Avenue and 141st Street in Broken Arrow around midnight. The crash knocked out power to the area,  but PSO has restored it.

It's Kaiser's first DUI offense according to booking information at the city jail. No one was hurt in the crash.
