Silver Alert Issued For Missing Lincoln County Man

A Silver Alert has been issued for a 72-year-old Meeker man who has been missing since Tuesday, May 23rd.

He is identified as Edward Childress.  

Police says Childress has medical and physical issues and was believed to be driving to Huntington Beach, California.  As of Friday evening, he had not arrived.  

They say Childress may be driving a maroon 1995 Ford Taurus with Oklahoma license tag 129MVU.

The town of Meeker is located south of Chandler.
