Police arrested at Tulsa man wanted in a deadly DUI crash from 2016. Timothy Harris was booked into the Tulsa County jail for first-degree manslaughter.
Prosecutors charged Harris in January 2017 with manslaughter and DUI following crash on October 15th, 2016.

Police said Harris was driving a Corvette that rear-ended a motorcycle at North Memorial Drive and East Newton Place. An affidavit states Harris' Corvette was going 83 mph in a 40 mph zone when he hit motorcyclist Gabriel Stone.
Stone was thrown onto the windshield of the Corvette and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Medical personnel and police report that Harris was "extremely combative" and appeared to be intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was .20, court records show.
Harris was booked on a complaint of first-degree manslaughter - automobile DUI. His bond was set at $50,000, and he has a court date scheduled for May 26, 2017.
