Tulsa is about to get another batch of downtown apartments.
The Flats on Archer is an $11 million mixed-use project that will bring 62 apartments to town.
Also, the first floor of the building - at 110 North Boston - will be retail.
This is the first venture in Tulsa for the developers Sam Combs and Howard Aufleger.
Construction is set to begin this spring.
