A teenage Tulsa girl is dead and another teen injured after the Oklahoma Highway Patrol say the pair led law enforcement on a chase. The pursuit ended with a crash in Creek County Wednesday evening.
Troopers said the 15-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger, who is also 15 years old, was thrown from the car when their 2007 Cadillac STS crashed on 33rd West Avenue near 78th Street South in Creek County. She was taken to a Tulsa hospital with head and arm injuries.
The Cadillac both girls were riding in was reported stolen, OHP states. Creek County deputies tried to stop the car just after 8:30 p.m. as it headed south on 33rd West Avenue, but it sped up.
The OHP report said the driver lost control, driving off the road, hitting several trees before rolling over several times.

The passenger was thrown out of the car. The OHP is still investigating.
