Protestors gathered in front of the Tulsa courthouse Monday morning after police shot and killed a man Friday night. Terence Crutcher was killed Friday after police came across his car stalled near 36th Street North and Lewis Avenue, according to TPD.

The police department said they will release unedited versions of video from the scene.

Pastor Mareo Johnson said he has seen the video and told News On 6 Crutcher's hands were up when he was shot and killed.

"He wasn't posing a threat, and I believe from what I saw, he was an innocent man," Johnson said.

Johnson was with the group Fall for Justice that held the protest. Several people gathered, putting up signs with messages including "This Stops Now" and "Didn't Have To Kill Him," and "Black Lives Matter."

Tulsa Police said they met Sunday with Crutcher's family and community leaders, and they plan to release unedited video of what unfolded that night in north Tulsa.

The department has scheduled a news conference for 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 19, 2016. It says it will release the video then.

Investigators said he refused several orders to show his hands and when he reached back into his car one officer deployed a Taser while another officer fired one shot.

The two officers were identified Sunday by TPD as Betty Shelby and Tyler Turnbough.
