Fire Destroys Boat Stored Outside Sapulpa Building

Sapulpa Fire Department was called to what they thought was a house fire and found a large boat on fire around 4 a.m. Sunday, September 18. The deck boat was on some property near a vacant building at 54th and Southwest Boulevard. 

Firefighters got the fire out before it spread to the nearby building, but the boat was a total loss. No injuries were reported.

No word yet on the cause of the fire.
